An Evening of Tapas, Spanish wine and Fiesta with Slow Food Baltimore
Sunday January 26th 6:30pm! Join us at Cafe Madrid (505 Broadway in
Fells Point) for a tasting of some fantastic Spanish wines with Bob
Ortlani, Spanish Brand Manager, M. Touton Selections. Together we'll
learn more about the land of bullfighting, great wines and maybe even
flamenco! Let the sun of Espana warm you on a cold winter's evening.
We'll be enjoying a variety of light tapas and the following wines

 Graduación
El domingo 5 de enero del 2003, Cristina Rodriguez
celebró su graduación de la Universidad de Towson
con el título de licenciada en Mass Communications. Su madre
Lourdes Cordero -muy conocida en la comunidad por
su magnífica voz, que emplea como cantante con las orquestas
de Tropicombo y Continental- ofreció una excelente fiesta
a muchos de sus amigos, en la Casa de España en Baltimore
de la que son socios ella y su marido Adolfo.
El padre de Cristina, Ricardo Rodriguez con su
esposa, vinieron expresamente de Puerto Rico para
esta ocasión así como sus abuelos maternos Manuel
e Ileana Cordero. De Nueva York
vino su tía Dolores con su esposo y de Baltimore
su tío Radamés Rodriguez. El marido
de su madre, Adolfo Figueroa Viñas estuvo
presente, así como un gran número de amigos y familiares
entre los que se encontraban el Dr. Julio Novoa
y su esposa Cokie, Javier Bustamante, director
de Coloquio Online y su esposa Josefina
Santomé, Soriano y Olga
Santomé, Mario y Sally
Carrión, Ana Beaumont, Héctor
Díaz y su esposa Hainess Egas,
Paco Mora, estos dos últimos, corresponsales
de Coloquio Online, Maria Elena y Joseph
Bodnar y un sinnúmero de otros asistentes. Jesús
Díaz y José Antonio y María
Menéndez se disculparon pero estuvieron en espíritu.
