The Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce celebrated its Christmas and New Year's party at La Palapa restaurant in Ellicott City. More than 60 people showed up and the atmosphere was festive. The chamber continues its relentless road to expand Hispanic businesses and to bring the larger business community into the Hispanic market. Good job!
