The Family Health Centers of Baltimore has openings for a RN, LPN & Van Driver:

LPN: works in conjunction with other nursing and medical personnel in a clinical setting. Implements patients’ plan of care. Documents care in the medical record and other record keeping modes. The LPN facilitates optimal functioning of subordinate nursing team members. Assist in inventory management and triage functions utilizing corporate guidelines under the supervision of the RN. Identifies psycho-social needs that might impede compliance and directs clients to appropriate resources. LPN degree, BSN preferred. Minimum of one year professional nursing experience, clinic experience preferred. State LPN license.

Registered Nurse: Responsible for providing professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists physicians and support staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as primary clinical liaison between patients and physicians. RN degree, BSN preferred. Minimum of one year professional nursing experience, clinic experience preferred. State RN license.

Van Driver: incumbent performs messenger and patient transportation services for the SBFHC as directed. The incumbent is responsible for safe driving, timely service of vehicle, prompt and properly reporting of all involved accidents and reporting of need for repair of vehicle. This position serves as back-up custodian, performing all other related duties as stated in custodian job description. Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. Possess valid Maryland Vehicle Operator license and have no more than two points against driving record. Current valid CPR and First Aid certification.
